I’m going to totally butcher this I know it’s from a celtic band, and probally more then one lol, but I think a recen like 2004, 2005 group just sang it, it had like 4 girls or something like that. anyway it something like siul contats aka sail me run (yea not spelled right but that’s how it sounds” I know there’s a english portion that’s like I’ll dye my petitcoat, dye my bread, until my parents wish me dead (that might be out of order but I hope this helps!)
I’m sorry I’m editing this after 2 answers but maybe u guys can edit it again, so far you’re right but that’ not the band i’m looking for (and in that siul la run-still can’t spell it right lol I think they sing less verses) but I just though of another song they sing (along with probally traditional celtic, and sad songs-if I can just find the album) it like goes si da mhaimoi or close to that i know the english translation is (wealthy window) anyway I guess I’m looking for the group, and the album thanks! I think the even have a musiv video dvd too?

There is a woman Hilka that my dad worked for, (hes a carpenter). they were really good friends, she gave us 3 paintings, 1 is one of my house, 1 is of a very pale boy with white hair climbing a branch in the dark, and the other one is amazing, its a white puffy cloud on the left and a dark cloud on the right, with a liittle boy playing the fiddle in the middle, and in the clouds you can see what looks like a native, an angle,. about 4 small angle like bodies standing, sails, and a castle with a horse man riding to it. and we bought one from her and its a forest, with unicorns drinking from a stream. i’m pretty sure there is a few things in the forest, but you’d have to look for yourself. and i went to her house, way out in the boonies and very seemed very artistic and honest. she has a whole bunch of sculptures outside and it looks really beautiful, she said she seen a few elves crossing the road. oh and she had a picture of her feeding a bear, that comes right up to her.
