we’re planning to go either down NC, VA, or MD, but MD being closest to us since we’re in Jersey… Ive been looking it up online but i end up being all over the place not having a good start for what to to.. are there any camping sites where you do such activities (e.g. rock climbing, kayaking or canoeing, hiking, or any other) as a trip package somewhere? we also havea budget for it since we’re only goin for the weekend.. i need help…or are they any ideas on what to do for 4 days???

i want to know what boat would be best for me to live in while i go to university. I am looking to pay $15,000 to $25,000 and would like to get a boat that could sleep 2 people and has good facilities. I am also planning to live on boat until i finish uni and probably wont do to much traveling on it. How big should the boat be? Sail or Power? Catamaran or Single Hull? all advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi, I’m 16 years old and I’m wondering if it’s possible to either raft or canoe all the way down the Mississippi River. I am wondering because I am planning on doing this when I finish highschool. My main question about the trip is whether there are any dams or obstructions that would keep me from going down the river, and if there are, if they are passable. Also, I would like to know any other general information about this kind of trip, things like what the weather might be like at different points, places on the river that one can get bare necessities if needed, and anything else you can offer or I might need to know. I appreciate it, and the more information, the better! Thanks!

With my husband we are 2 french people planning to go to Alaska from August 1st to September 5th (with a little budget!). We would like to rent a Canoe or Two kayaks for a 1 month trip. But we don’t know what is the best area to go. It’s our first time in Alaska. We would like to see some glaciers, bears and great landscape with mountains., and if it’spossible some villages.. could you help us to find a place where we can rent Canoe and go for this kind of trip. Is the Kenai the best, the glacier bay, the fairbanks or any other places?? Thanks a lot!!!

i am planning on buying a dinghy or row boat this summer. i want to put a motor on it and convert it into a sort of “picnicing” boat so that my sweetheart and i can go out on the lake and have a picnic on the boat. we would also want to be able to jump out and swim and maybe put a small ladder on it. i am a teenager, so it doesnt have to be too big, but what size boat do you think would be good? i need the smallest possible becouse my trailer is meant to fit a 10 ft boat. would this be big enough?
I am not buying a picnic boat, but a row boat or dinghy, just so u know… any ideas on what kind or anything would be great!!!!!!!!!!!

an inflatable boat may seem like a good idea and thanks for it, but i really do not want that, i want a solid boat that i can stand in and jump from and put a small ladder on.
